This is a list of our meets for 2026. As always, a meet is not confirmed until a Stewards name is shown.
If there is no telephone number listed for the stewards, please contact any committee member - details on ‘Contact’ page.
Unless otherwise specified, meets open at 2pm and close at 12 noon.
For 2026, we have reduced our fees and introduced a two-tier system
Fees are £14 per unit per night for two adults (to include camping, use of hall and dances) with reductions for single person units (£12 per unit per night), unless otherwise stated.
Meets with fewer amenities may be charged at £10 per unit per night for two adults and £8 for singles. (For 2026, this applies to the meets at Ashover and Lees Meadow.)

The follow-on meet will be at Beckford village hall, Main Street, Beckford, Gloucestershire GL20 7AA. Tuesday 7th April to Saturday 11th April.
This popular venue is 8 miles from Evesham, close to Bredon Hill for walking. Visit Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Evesham. Bus stop outside site.
We will use the hall two evenings for dancing and music.
Come and relax after a busy Spring Festival.

Delightful Village with pubs & food plus good walking area. Hall booked for 3 nights.

July 10th to 13th – Offley Hay, Eccleshall, Staffordshire (3 nights)

The Morris Car Collection Rally held in the Park (free to enter) and Clumber Park is nearby.

Superb site for walking – close to High Peak Trail. Buses to Ashbourne and Matlock. Barn for dances available on-site.
