This site is located in a lovely Derbyshire village close to the Peak District National Park. The village has 3 pubs which are both walker and dog friendly, plus a bakery and ice cream shop. Very good walking area, also bus route to Chesterfield and Matlock.

From M1 junction 29 take A6175 to Clay Cross, turn right onto A61. In 1.1 miles at Old Tupton roundabout turn left onto unclassified road signposted Littlemore and Ashover. After approximately 3 miles at T junction turn right onto B6036. In 0.3 miles. tn R (opposite bus stop, Hard Meadow Lane). Site on left in 0.75 miles, just before Ashover village. N.B. With caravans or large motorhomes, it is not recommended to use the A632 Matlock to Chesterfield Road or the approach via Stretton (A61) from the north due to a tight turn.

From Derby or M1 junction 28, take A38 to A61 junction near Alfreton. At roundabout, turn onto A61 Chesterfield Road for 4 miles. At Stretton turn west onto B6036 towards Ashover. In 2,4 miles, tn R (opposite bus stop, Hard Meadow Lane). Site on left in 0.75 miles, just before Ashover village.
